Okanagan Green Society – An award winning non-profit society based in Kelowna BC.  They have been helping encourage the Okanagan to live a greener lifestyle since 2005.  Their main annual event is the Organics Festival held at Summerhill Organic Winery each September.

Green Okanagan – Volunteer-led registered non-profit based in the Okanagan.  Their mandate is to progress sustainability from an individual level.  They have a great locally directory for those who are looking for eco-conscious businesses in the Okanagan.

Seven In the Ocean – Local website that is all about community stories and life perspectives.   Learn ways you can make a difference through the art of writing from someone who has seen the negative effects of plastic first hand.
